Xcape Limited (Xcape) is bringing forward proposals to redevelop the former Glamorgan Holiday Hotel site in Porthcawl with a new apartment building, landscaping enhancements, car parking, and associated facilities.

Xcape propose to demolish the vacant and unsightly Glamorgan Holiday Hotel building and deliver a high-quality apartment scheme on the site, comprising 54 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.  Importantly, approximately 30% of the apartments will be affordable homes.

Xcape’s plans therefore represent a significant opportunity to improve the appearance of this site, contributing to the wider regeneration of Porthcawl Waterfront, and providing much-needed new homes for local people.
