The key features of our draft plans are as follows:

- 64 car parking spaces, providing sufficient parking for all new homes without overspill onto neighbouring roads
- A high-quality and interesting design which uses a variety of local materials to reinforce local distinctiveness
- Vibrant frontages which will enhance the character of The Square and embrace distant views across Sandy Bay and the Bristol Channel
- New soft landscaping features, including tree planting, boundary hedges, and a communal garden
- Dedicated bicycle storage, to encourage sustainable transport
