We are keen to hear your feedback on its proposals to redevelop the former Glamorgan Holiday Hotel site in Porthcawl with a new apartment building, landscaping enhancements, car parking, and associated facilities.

Feedback submitted before midnight on Sunday 12th April will be reviewed by the project team and considered before the final plans are submitted to Bridgend County Borough Council.   

Our methods of consultation and received feedback will be summarised in the Pre-application Consultation Report (PAC Report), submitted as part of the planning application.
